Listening is free
You can listen to all Daleki Studio on this site for personal use, at no cost.
Creator Free
You can use any track in the catalog for free in personal social media videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar) if three conditions are met: the video isn't monetized and isn't advertising, branded content or work for a client; you include the credit shown on the site, with the link, in the caption or in the video; and the track isn't posted on its own, as a music file or without visuals.
We may change or withdraw Creator Free for new uses by announcing it on this page. Videos already published under these terms remain allowed.
Licenses
To use a track in monetized content, advertising, branded content, events or products you need an active license (Creator, Pro, Exclusive or a Pass). The exact scope of each license is detailed in the certificate you receive when you get it.
A license doesn't transfer ownership of the track, except for the Exclusive license when stated in writing.
What's not allowed
Reselling or redistributing the tracks as standalone music files, registering them under your name in content identification systems, claiming authorship, using them in illegal, hateful or misleading content, or using them to train artificial intelligence models.
Original music and use of AI
Our music is created with the help of artificial intelligence and with human selection, editing and arrangement. We don't use samples from third-party recordings or imitate existing artists.
Live tracks
Tracks marked LIVE are performed in real time in your browser. They're a listening experience; for downloads and commercial use we deliver the corresponding master with its license.
